Our build process is comprised of two simple steps:
Planning and Quoting
We sit with you for an initial consultation to discuss your project, taking into account your budget and ideal timeframe. During this phase, we’d like to understand your site’s attributes or challenges, as well as your design inspiration, wants/needs and budget. If you have plans or designs already prepared, this is where we can discuss any budget, design and layout considerations.
We also give you a fixed price quote so you know exactly how much your home will cost – no surprises here!

Building
Our friendly, professional construction team work to complete your home exactly as specified and desired. We work with you during this process to make any adjustments you may have and offer regularly scheduled site visits and build updates.
